What is a modular home?
A modular home is built from factory-fabricated units — walls, floors and roof pre-fitted with electrical and plumbing — then transported and assembled on your site. Fabrication happens in parallel with your site and foundation works.
How long does a modular project take in the UAE?
Most residential modules are ready to install within 6–10 weeks of design sign-off, with site works running in parallel. Cabin and labour accommodation orders are typically faster, depending on unit count.
Can modular buildings handle UAE summer heat?
Yes — panels are insulated for high ambient temperatures, and we specify UAE-rated cladding, glazing and roofing accordingly.
Do you work in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi?
Yes, Dubai and Abu Dhabi are our two base markets. We also deliver to Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and Al Ain.
Can the layout and finish be customised?
Yes. Room counts, finishes, cladding and MEP fit-out are specified per project — from a single portable cabin to a multi-block labour camp or a full residential villa.
